A Perth home, architecturally crafted with a Romanesque design has been brought to market.

The three bedroom Claremont home was created by architect Richard Reilly in 1960s, built around a central swimming pool and courtyard.

Its Romanesque design includes vast floor to ceiling windows and large recessed sliding doors that when open create wide walkways and connect the home to the outdoors.

The luxury master bedroom has its own walk in wardrobe, ensuite and direct access to the central courtyard.

There are a further two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office a designer kitchen renovated by Leon House in 2014.

There's also a reticulated veggie plot and a number of fruit trees.

Jody Fewster of Ray White Cottesloe/Mosman Park is asking for offers in the high $2 million range.
