Reverie, a private oasis overlooking Logans Beach, near Warrnambool has been sold.

It came after being offered with a revised $1.8 million asking price by Sergio Masini and wife, Kerri.

The home curves in a gentle arc with the 34-metre-long glass facade fronting the ocean, offering ocean views from almost every room.

It was built by the children's author Paul Jennings and his then wife, Clair overlooking a whale nursery.

Last traded for $1.35 million in 2010, the 4.8 hectare Hopkins Road holding comes with a private cave, rock pool, and sandy beach.

It was listed through Penny and Nick Adamson of Charles Stewart Warrnambool.
