A riverfront Noosa Heads French-style home has been sold for $5.67 million under the hammer.

It was sold by Eric Seetoo from Tom Offermann Real Estate Noosa Heads Easter eve by its Melbourne based vendors.

Occupying a riverfront location near Hastings Street, 49 Witta Circle comes with open plan living and dining areas, stainless stell kitchen, guest master suite, main master suite and two other bedrooms.

Other features include sun lounge, white cobble stone-like courtyard, pool, cathedral ceilings, wide-plank timber floors, entertaining deck and bar.

It is just 10 minutes away from Noosa National Park's World Surfing Reserve.

Seetoo said the address could be the highest Queensland house sale under the hammer so far in 2019.

It had last traded at $4.2 million in 2014.
