Martin Pirc, the owner of Punch Lane wine bar, one of Melbourne Laneway gems, has listed his Richmond warehouse-conversion.

The Glasshouse Street home tucked at the end of a cul-de-sac has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a north-facing garden oasis.

Warehouse origins such as giant sliding walls, vaulted ceilings and polished concrete floors have been re-invented.

There's also a mezzanine teen retreat and a top-floor master suite with bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a balcony with district views.

The home goes to auction March 5 through Rebecca Edwards at Kay & Burton Hawthorn.

Pirc paid $1,125,000 in 2008.
