Renovation queen Cherie Barber, a regular on Channel 10’s The Living Room, has sold her five-level Birchgrove investment after 50 days on market.

It came with a $6.5 million price guide.

The harbourfront home with four bedrooms, a home office, movie room and roof terrace, cost $4.05 million in 2014.

Barber then undertook a full renovation which included relocating its internal lift to enhance the views.

Listed through Cobden & Hayson agent Mark Bowis, the Louisa Road home has over 300 square metres of living space on its 210 square metre holding.

Barber has been getting $850 a night on Airbnb.

The Airbnb superhost conducts courses on how landlords can increase their rental income.
