Grace Tsui, the Noah Holdings Australia director, has listed her Balwyn abode.

The five bedroom home with study is situated within the Balwyn High School zone.

It was initially listed with the indicative selling price guide of $3.8 million to $4.1 million by Annabelle Feng and Ted Jao from RT Edgar who now will accept $3.8 million.

Situated at 19 Beckett St, the home comes with five bedrooms, study, three extensive living areas including a formal lounge, an open plan domain, and an upstairs family retreat, Carrara marble kitchen and alfresco barbecue dining.

It was built in 2015 when bought by Grace and Tommy Tsui after they bought the block in 2012 for $950,000.

Noah is a wealth and asset management service provider in China with a focus on global investment and asset allocation services for high net worth individuals and enterprises.

Additional features include sun-drenched gardens, multi-purpose room for gymnasium, artists’ studio or storage, and a remote double garage.

It is within close proximity to Beckett Park, Balwyn shopping centre and city-bound trams.

The suburb's median house price sits at $2.33 million, according to CoreLogic.
