Rebel Sports co-founder Robert Gavshon and his wife Jennifer have secured $2,052,000 following their Pearl Beach weekender upgrade.

The Dover Heights-based couple purchased the four bedroom, 1990 home on Cochrane Lagoon for $1.57 million in 2008 which took just under a year to sell.

Instead, they have opted for the beachfront where they spent $4,428,000 buying from Martin Scott, local head of Swiss investment manager Partners Group who had the property as a $1500 a night rental.

Gavshon migrated from South Africa in 1978.
