The departed The Real Housewives of Melbourne star Chyka Keebaugh and her husband Bruce have sold their 1930's English manor in Malvern East.

The couple, who founded a number of hospitality businesses, paid $630,500 in 1999.

Having extensively renovated, they are expecting between $3.7 million to $4.07 million.

Keebaugh accompanied her Instagram post (below) suggesting the new buyers were a family.

The home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a timber-panelled home office with fireplace and a rear guesthouse on the 590 sqm Wattletree Road parcel.

Keebaugh appeared in the popular reality show for three season before quitting last year.

She and Bruce are wanting to downsize.
