Real Housewives of Sydney’s Matty Samaei has sold the Bellevue Hill duplex she owned with former finance Michael Stathakis.

The penthouse was listed by Raine and Horne Potts Point’s Jeremy Clinton with a price guide of $4 million to $4.4 million.

The couple bought it for $4,451,000 in 2016 when they were still together.

The two duplex residences were on the market with different agents in 2018 with a combined guide of $9 million to $10 million.

The second space was sold keenly to the same buyer.

Set high on the crest of Bellevue Hill, the penthouse comprises three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor living and entertaining areas.

Designed by DKO Architecture, the home features two levels of living space plus a lower ground floor utility area with home office, storeroom and double garage.

The property is situated close to Bellevue Hill village shops, schools, Double Bay and the harbour.
