Woodford ranked QLD's biggest stock decrease suburb: Investar

Woodford is the Brisbane suburb that has had a dramatic decline in its house listings.

Investar suggests the decrease of sale stock is around 59%, from 68 houses this time last year to its current 28 offerings. 

A four bedroom house currently on the market is priced at $469,990 (pictured below). 

It came with open plan living area and large media room.

Town centre is within walking distance.

Another Woodford four bedroom house currently on the market is priced at $447,600, but yet to be built.

Schools including primary and high school and major sporting fields are in short car trip.

There was also another four bedroom house at Heather Court that sold for $500,000 last year (pictured below).

Located at 10 Heather Court, Woodford, it came with two bathrooms, large media room and three car accommodation.

Investar puts it the suburb median rental at $320. 

The median house price of Woodford sits on $395,000 according to CoreLogic.
