Victoria Palms apartments lodged in Redland Bay's Victoria Point
Redland Bay, on the east coast of Brisbane, is set for a new apartment development.
The four-level project will rise from 4-8 White Street in Victoria Point, and will deliver just 17 apartments to the area's most easterly street.
Aptly named Victoria Palms due to the coastal location only separated from the ocean by Victoria Point Reserve, each apartment will take on a modern design by Queensland-based architects RC+ Design.

Each of the apartments will have three bedrooms and two car spaces, with the residences following an open plan design that takes advantage of the eastern orientation, with views to Moreton Bay.
Landscaping is proposed throughout the periphery of the site, with a particular focus at the frontage of the site to White Street, facing Victoria Point Reserve.
The three separate lots will be amalgamated to create a 1,457 sqm block.

The eastern suburb of Redland Bay has a charming country feel, whilst still maintaining its connection to the bayside.
It’s a sporting community, boasting an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, cricket oval, cycling and walking paths, amateur fishing club, and one of the most picturesque and popular foreshore trails in the city.
There is also a local boat ramp that provides access to the sheltered waters of Moreton Bay.
