The Sunny Coast has just landed a collection of new luxury penthouses.

The luxury penthouses sit toward the top of Cube’s new 56 luxury apartment project Oasis, located on one of the last remaining beachfront blocks on Bokarina Beach.

The two-level penthouses come with a starting price of $3.2 million, ranging from 191 sqm to 242 sqm, with secluded rooftop terraces and private plunge pools.

Creating a uniquely coastal experience, the penthouses possess a flow of design and distinct detail, including engineered timber floors throughout, large format porcelain island bench tops and tiles, luxury tapware, fluted glass screening, detailed entertainment and living areas, complete with a fireplace and bar joinery.

Local Queensland Architect, Cameron Sheedy said the prioritised air flow and light brings an extremely superior product to the market.

“The private pool and alfresco entertainment space offers unprecedented ocean and mountain views, giving gravity to the creation of the entire space, which is calm yet invigorating, consistent and familiar with the area,” he said.

“The soaring double storey glass and built in planters for optimal greenery truly reflects the repetitive use of beautiful select materials that have been intentionally applied to create your very own Oasis.”

An ode to serenity and tranquillity as the name suggests, the Oasis penthouses draw inspiration from the surrounding natural environment, aiming to mesh fresh, crisp and textured whites externally, with raw surfaces internally.

Cube Developments interior designer Sarah Busch said there is comfort and security in these elements which are vital in creating a potential home for someone.

“The subtlety of the colour palette includes soft tones and bright white tones to create an elegant narrative for residents. Monolithic kitchen benches are understated and timeless to ensure the architecture and interior compliment each other,” said Busch.

The penthouses also include storage and joinery designed to appear more like art or stylised furniture pieces, along with integrated fridges with Smeg kitchen appliances, built-in laundry appliances, and an elevated home office that connects to the main living areas to create a private, serene environment which supports the work-from-home movement.

Penthouse buyers will as well benefit from Oasis’ state-of-the-art amenities, including open-air dining, a gym, pool, outdoor beach shower and lush garden, with the site maximising access to almost 180 degree ocean views stretching north from Point Cartwright all the way down to the Caloundra Headland.

Oasis is over 80 per cent sold, with two, three and four-bedroom configurations still remaining.
