National developer Traders in Purple's descent on Woody Point in Brisbane's Moreton Bay Region is set to continue with the upcoming launch of Tydal, their latest instalment of apartments in the growing coastal suburb.

Tydal, a collection of 104 two and three-bedroom apartments starting from $749,000, will be Traders' third development in Woody Point, following the under-construction Orilla, now 60 per cent sold, and the completed Waters Edge development.

It will be their 14th apartment development in the Moreton Bay region.

Designed by Ellivo, Tydal’s architecture draws inspiration from the natural forms of the surrounding coastline.

The building’s facade features soft undulating curves, mimicking the coastal environment, complemented by feature battens for added visual interest.

The entry foyer continues this theme with soft curves and lush landscaping, creating an inviting entrance.

Each apartment features a palette of natural colours and textures, aiming to provide a calm and inviting living space, with an open floor plan leading out to large balconies designed to maximise views of the bay.

The kitchens are equipped with Miele kitchen appliances and Villeroy & Boch tapware and the master bedrooms include well-appointed wardrobes and ensuites.

Tydal also includes a range of amenities such as a pool, BBQ and alfresco dining areas, a relaxation lawn, an indoor residents lounge, and a dog wash area with access to nearby walking paths.

Traders in Purple operate across Queensland and New South Wales in both the apartment and house and land markets.

Earlier this year they sold out Marin Scarborough, another Ellivo Architects-designed project in Moreton Bay.
