Prestige apartments on the Gold Coast are currently flying off the shelves, with downsizers and owner-occupiers keen for a quiet lifestyle by the beach.

The entry level apartments in the idyllic tourist hotspot are the next wave to be snapped up, as investors continue to come back in to the market.

There was a 19 per cent rise in of new loan commitments by investors in Queensland in the 12 months to March 2021.
