No other capital, or city for that matter, in the country commits to putting as much residential facilities on the roof as much as Brisbane. When it's all about the subtropical climate, as much amenity needs to be outdoors.
The trend started small with swimming pools, but now it's full wellness retreats on rooftops, as well as yoga spaces, outdoor gyms, and hot and cold plunge pools. Some even have rooftop cinemas.
We've had a look at the top 10 apartment developments currently on the market with the best rooftop facilities in Brisbane.
Project: Ruby Ruby

Award-winning developer Kokoda Property has continued its pursuit of creating a wellness-led lifestyle at its Milton apartment development, Ruby Ruby.
