Brisbane-based developer Frank Development and joint venture partner Epoca Property Group has achieved a major milestone at their Teneriffe apartment development, Ducale.

They've sold half of the 26 apartments in the Wyandra Street building, having reduced the density from 37 units due to the growing demand for family-sized apartments in Brisbane.

The BYculprit-designed development offers one and two-level apartments with two and three-bedroom configurations starting from $1.1 million.

The three ground-floor apartments each comprise two bedrooms and a private plunge pool.

The penthouse and sub-penthouse units have four bedrooms, three bathrooms and spacious living and dining areas with panoramic views of the CBD, Teneriffe Hill and the Brisbane River.

Frank Developments has placed a strong emphasis on a future-focused design that revolves around sustainability, technology, and lifestyle considerations in the years to come.

The building includes provisions for EV bicycle charging and a future rooftop landing pad for drone deliveries atop the eight-level structure.

BYculprit drew inspiration from the colour and textures of Brisbane's vernacular and the Brisbane River, blending Italian heritage with the elegance of nature to evoke a sense of retreat and home.

“Ducale’s slender vertical form rests lightly on the urban streetscape deviating from the typical podium style architecture and establishing a more graceful architectural outcome,” BYculprit co-founder, Luke Henderson said.

The comfort of the apartments extends to Ducale’s rooftop pool, state-of-the-art gym, and beautifully curated dining and entertaining areas.

The pet-friendly building also offers the option of serviced, interchangeable Dog Porch potties—transportable boxes of fresh grass for balconies.

Ducale follows closely on the heels of Maison on Moray Street at New Farm, a prior collaboration between Frank Developments and Graya.
