Spyre Group Moray House in New Farm 50% sold as construction continues
Queensland boutique property developer Spyre Group has sold half the units of its luxury New Farm apartment development Moray House, including a record-breaking penthouse sale.
Moray House comprises a total of only six full-floor, four-bedroom apartments with uninterrupted views of the Story Bridge, Brisbane CBD, Kangaroo Point and East Brisbane. Prices start from $9 million.
“The starting price of $9 million owed itself to the development’s exceptional location and craftsmanship,” Spyre Group Director Andrew Malouf said.
Designed by bureau^proberts, Moray House's exterior design communes with the surrounding Jacaranda trees, creating an atmosphere described as “akin to living in a tree house’’. Distinguished by full floor-length garden beds, the exterior transitions in hues with the changing seasons, amplifying its organic connection to nature.
Moray House offers Brisbane's largest full-floor residences, boasting expansive living spaces of up to 459 sqm and approximately 27 metres of direct river-frontage.
The interiors are appointed with the highest quality finishes, including Chambord stone, European Oak Herringbone floors, bespoke timber joinery, Italian natural stone, and custom lighting by James Walsh and SOKTAS.
Residents will enjoy indoor-outdoor living via open-plan living areas leading out to spacious covered terraces overlooking the Story Bridge, perfect for entertaining or simply soaking in the breathtaking views.
The kitchen features a sculptural natural stone island bench as a centrepiece and is well-appointed with premium appliances by WOLF, Liebherr, and VZUG.
The master suite occupies over 50 sqm with a custom walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with Brisbane’s city skyline as its backdrop.
“Each apartment can be individually curated for the new owners with custom components that allow their homes to truly classify as ‘one of one’," Malouf added. Custom options include a sky garage, wellness room, gym, media room, his and hers study, and a wine cellar.
There will be two apartments with the sky garage feature. The residents of the apartments will be able to pull in off Moray Street, enter a remote-controlled car lift, and drive into their garage in their apartments above the Brisbane River.
“The sky garage will appeal to luxury vehicle enthusiasts who want privacy as well as the additional security of garaging their car in their apartment rather than using regular basement parking,’’ Malouf added.
Situated at 65 Moray Street, Moray House offers direct access to the New Farm Riverwalk and Brisbane's best metropolitan amenities right at its doorstep.
Construction is already underway, with Spyre Group calling on Contrast Constructions to handle the build. Moray House is expected to complete in 2025.
