Macquarie York’s latest Gold Coast development, Allure, is set to deliver a luxurious living experience within the exclusive Chevron Island community.

Designed by BDA Architects, the development will feature 95 residences in two, three and four-bedroom configurations.

Director of BDA Architects, Darren Greenaway, says “[it is] ambitious in execution and extravagant in vision, this landmark development will stand as the ideal address for a suburb on the move.”

Situated on the corner of Burra Street and Dalpura Street, residents will be immersed in the art and celebration that defines the Gold Coast.

With works on a nearby cultural precinct underway, Allure will be nearby a thriving 16.9-hectare destination for both visitors and locals.

The precinct will offer a 5,000-capacity garden-style amphitheatre, as well as a pedestrian and cycle bridge connecting Chevron Island and Surfers Paradise.

“Artscape works around Evandale Lake will activate artistic programmes, markets, festivals, cinema and family recreation”, the project marketing reads.

For those who enjoy indulging in great food, Surfers Paradise offers some of the finest choices of dining options, with prime culinary destinations including Etsu Izayaka, Seascape and QT Hotels’ Bazaar.

Defined by its coastal lifestyle and beautiful beaches, residents can enjoy being within minutes of Surfers’ sprawling coastline.

Clear waters and white sandy beaches boast “a true paradise”, perfect for surfers, swimmers, joggers and sun-seekers.

The new foreshore is active throughout the day with walkers and cyclists taking advantage of the beachfront and boulevard.

One of Australia’s largest and Queensland’s premier shopping destinations is within close proximity to the development, the recently renovated Pacific Fair, as well as other boutiques and markets.

A shopping mecca for most visitors, the Gold Coast offers great shopping spots, including Chevron Renaissance, Orchid Avenue and Marina Mirage Shopping Centre.

Surfers Paradise is also an entertainment precinct that makes the neighbourhood so desired by its residents.

“Indulge in five-star luxury at the newly revamped Star Casino or hit the fairways at some of Australia’s most renowned golf courses”, the developers said.

There will always be something to satisfy your social appetite, with the Surfers Paradise light rail station being moments from your door, connecting you to everything there is to offer on the Gold Coast.
