The tightly held Coolangatta pocket, one of the fasting growing area's in the southern Gold Coast, has welcomed its newest apartment project.

Nestled between the idyllic Kirra Beach and Coolangatta is Rhythm Kirra Hill, a collection of 40 coastal-style apartments at 30 Garrick Street.

The development is the first to be launched under newly branded development company Immerse Projects, which benefits from John Kearney’s 20 years of development experience in south-east Queensland.

"The architecture, sub-tropical landscaping, and amenity of Rhythm follow our ethos of designing and delivering high-quality projects and we have been able to consider how this project can fit well within the area and suit the lifestyle of its future residents,” said Kearney.

Designed by award-winning firm BDA Architecture, Rhythm Kirra Hill will capture the essence of a modern coastal lifestyle with a selection of two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments across the seven-level building, with five different floorplans on offer.

“There are to be five different floor plates, all of a unique nature that have been designed to appeal to a wide section of the market," Kearney said.

Apartments range in size from 95sqm to 157sqm with prices starting from $895,000.

“Rhythm Kirra Hill will appeal to a range of buyers through quality designs that we believe create useable living spaces in an ideal coastal location."

Over half of the apartments will offer two carparking spaces, while the development will have 31 bike parks for residents in addition to six visitor carparks and eight visitor bike parks. Each apartment will also have its own storage cage in the basement level. These apartments are also future-proofed with provisions for solar panels, electric car charging and parcel delivery lockers.

Rhythm Kirra Hill will also feature a host of tailored amenities framed by sub-tropical landscaping. The rooftop will feature a pool, barbecue area, and sun lounge deck and the ground-level amenity includes a sauna, gym, meeting room, and an outdoor shower.

“Rhythm Kirra Hill has been meticulously designed to suit a wide-range of buyers seeking a high-quality, well-designed apartment that offers a relaxed beachside, walk-to-wherever lifestyle” said Kearney.

“Our design considers a wide sector of the market from downsizers wishing to stay within proximity to their existing detached dwellings to young couples seeking proximity to the beach and employment."

"World-class surf breaks, picturesque walkways, and beloved local cafes and restaurants sit essentially at your doorstep at Rhythm Kirra Hill,” Kearney added.

The launch of Rhythm Kirra Hill comes on the heels of the commencement of early works by Greyburn Building Contractors, one of south-east Queensland’s leading building companies with 35 years’ experience in construction - also headed by Kearney.

Construction on Rhythm Kirra Hill is due to commence this month, with completion scheduled for early 2024.
