More and more people are turning to Queensland for their next investment opportunity.

National Australia Bank has also suggested that Brisbane, along with Sydney, is set to lead in 2015, albeit with moderate growth.

Property Observer looked at CoreLogic RP Data’s latest median house price statistics to find out where Queensland’s cheapest homes are.

  3. Mount Morgan - $106,000

  4. Proston - $113,000

  5. Eidsvold - $118,000

  6. Charleville - $136,000

  7. Murgon - $145,000

  8. Dysart - $150,000

  9. Blackall - $155,000

  10. Depot Hill - $158,000

According to RP Data, Queensland’s median unit price is $346,000 which is ahead of only Tasmania and South Australia.

The average time on the market for a Queensland unit is 112 days.
