Queens Wharf Tower achieves over $820 million in sales after just four weeks on the market
The latest Queens Wharf Tower is taking Queensland’s sales records to new heights, with over 90 per cent of the apartments already sold after launching just four weeks ago.
Since mid-2020, when Far East Consortium’s, Queen's Wharf Residences apartments flew off the shelves, prospective buyers in the $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf precinct on the Brisbane River have been awaiting another opportunity.
The fifth and tallest tower in the Queens Wharf development has been as equally successful as its predecessor, securing in sales with 778 of the 819 apartments since launch.
Managing Director YPM Group, Bryce O’Connor recently noted the success as a sales outcome not reached previously by any building of this scale in Queensland with over 9000 enquires, 1100 appointments and more than $820 million in sales.
The 71-level tower, which will soar 250 metres in to the sky, making it the sixth highest tower in the Queensland capital, will home 819 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a handful of exclusive penthouses upon completion.
The tower is in its final release stage, offering three-bedroom Diamond Residences, which were brought forward by the group due to the overwhelming demand.
Occupying levels 49 through to 70, the Diamond Residences are amongst the most exclusive residences within Queen’s Wharf, benefiting from bespoke finishes, luxury appliances, and unrivalled views.
Gaggenau appliances, natural stone benchtops and feature 2Pac joinery are all standard in the residences, complemented by versatile outdoor living spaces, featuring lift and tilt windows to extend the expansive alfresco areas.
Sitting on the corner of Margaret and William Street, apartments in Queen's Wharf Tower are designed by Cottee Parker, taking advantage of city, Botanic Gardens, or river views.
