Following the success of their Albion apartment development Nouveau, developer Pyco Group has launched another unique project, this one in West End.

It's another boutique development offering size and space to its future residents. Pyco sees the units more like vertical townhouses.

There are 36 apartments on offer, each with two levels and three-bedrooms, blending heritage-inspired architecture with greenery and sophisticated interiors.

Making the most of the sub-tropical nature of Brisbane, the apartments open plan layouts will seamlessly connect to large courtyards, balconies or rooftop terraces, designed to provide a connection to the outdoors, no matter where residents are in their apartments.

Designed by DAH Architecture, internally the apartments will boast a rich textural palette, with a mix of hand-picked natural stone and engineered timber joinery.

The apartments range from 143 sqm to 216 sqm, and are priced from $1,575,000.

Larger floorplans are also on offer, spanning between 218 sqm to 272 sqm, and they start at $2,195,000. These apartments include rooftop terraces and private pools, which take in panoramic views to the city skyline.

Landscape architects, FORM have been brought into the project to carry the leafy-nature of West End into the development, with a leafy central atrium planned for the ground floor, which will not only provide a place for residents to gather and meet, but also support cross flow ventilation and the creation of a core lightwell.

Located on the corner of Besant Street and Vulture Street, Atelier offers proximity and connectivity only afforded to a West End address.

The apartments are in the heart of Brisbane's premier arts and entertainment district, with South Bank less than one kilometre away, while the food and drink precinct of Boundary Street is only moments from the steps of the site.

The Vulture Street project will replace an ageing backpacker hostel.

West End has been undergoing a huge transformation for a number of years, with the 2032 Olympic Games expected to see the redevelopment of the South Brisbane suburb continue for years to come.

Sekisui House Australia are heading toward the business end of their $1.2 billion masterplan West Village which they started in 2014.
