Busy Brisbane developer Pradella has kicked off its new pipeline for 2024, launching Jardinia, their first residential apartment development in Yeronga.

Jardinia, Spanish for garden, comprises 87 one, two, three, and four-bedroom residences across a five-level building at 26-36 Shottery Street, near Yeronga Station and the amenity of Fairfield Road.

Designed by Wiltshire Stevens, Jardinia offers carefully crafted apartments that go beyond their walls, featuring a living green façade that connects with the surrounding environment.

Upon entering the apartments, residents are greeted with a private entry foyer that leads to open-plan living spaces seamlessly extending to extensive terraces, creating an effortless sense of connectivity and airiness.

The kitchens are well-equipped with SMEG appliances and feature stone countertops and an island fitted with a sink.

The spacious master suites include large walk-in robes and feature ensuites with dual vanities, a freestanding bathtub, and a separate shower. Other bedrooms provide built-in robes and convenient access to the main bathroom.

Some of the larger apartments offer a multi-purpose room which is expected to be utilised as either an extra bedroom, home office, or a media room.

Jardinia offers residents the choice of two contemporary colour schemes.

The rooftop terrace at Jardinia draws inspiration from the riad gardens of palaces in distant lands, featuring lush greenery, a resort-style pool, sunbeds, and entertaining areas.

Health and well-being are also a priority, with amenities such as a multi-purpose media room and a well-equipped gym.

Jardinia takes pride in incorporating EnviroDevelopment elements, achieving a 5-leaf certification from the UDIA EnvironDevelopment.

Position Property are marketing apartments at Jardinia, with prices start at $559,000.
