The Belivah, Queensland home of the general manager of Plantation Homes Queensland, Paul Roots and his wife, Patricia, remains for sale.

It is in the Mt Tambourine hinterland precinct.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is on 4.84 hectares of land. It has a home cinema, gym, sauna and swimming pool. Outside there is a barbque, teppanyaki grill and pizza oven.

Angela Cholakos of Angela Cholakos Realty initially held the listing with $1.68 million hopes.,which has been amended to $1.5 million plus.
