Lutwyche's newest apartment development, Parklane, spearheaded by boutique property developer Ferro Property Group, is approaching completion.

With the final release underway, Parklane has seen an impressive uptake, with all units sold thus far being acquired by owner-occupiers. Only a handful of the 19 three and four-bedroom apartments remain.

Architecture firm FerroArch were inspired by the surrounding parklands. Parklane sits between two parks, xx and xx, on Swinburne Street.

The apartments feature light and airy interiors with on-trend light oak floors, boasting generous proportions and spacious balconies overlooking Kedron Brook.

The kitchens are equipped with a full suite Smeg appliances, complemented by functional butler’s pantries.

Bedrooms offer ample storage with sliding robe space, while the master suite stands out with multiple robes, an ensuite with a freestanding bath, and a double basin vanity with illuminated wall mirror cabinets.

Residents of Parklane will enjoy exclusive access to amenities, including a swimming pool, entertaining area, and lounge terrace.

Parklane's location on Swinburne Street adds to its appeal, placing residents just six kilometres from the CBD and within walking distance from the Northern Busway Station, Market Central Shopping Centre, local cafes, the Crown Hotel, and the proposed Lamington Markets lifestyle precinct.

Construction of Parklane by builder SIG Construction Group is approaching completion, with settlement expected in April.

Ferro Property Group were a UDIA Queensland Finalist in 2021 and they're currently working as a joint venture partner on MIRA, the luxury Gold Coast apartment development on Northcliffe Beach.
