Habitat Development Group's new $150 million Sunshine Coast apartment development St Clair, on the banks of Laka Kawana, is set to redefine waterfront living in the coastal hotspot.

Taking in the still water of Laka Kawana while also being just a bridge away from the sand of Bokarina Beach, St Clair offers its future residents the best of both worlds.

There's plenty of opportunity to take in the natural surroundings, with two lakeside parks, Central Boulevard Park and Southbank Park, and the Kawana Forest Bushland Reserve.

Central Boulevard Park, adjacent to the east of the site overlooking the canal, features picnic and barbecue facilities and public amenities. The park, well-connected by pedestrian pathways, offers colourful play equipment shaded with sails and picnic shelters overlooking the water, making it an excellent spot for residents to spend a few hours enjoying the surroundings.

Four minutes east and over the bridge is Bokarina Beach, a patrolled, dog-friendly surf beach. Public amenities, playgrounds, and picnic facilities are available.

The Kawana Forest bordering Birtinya offers a leafier adventure. The 957-metre-long Kawana Forest Walking Trail loops into remnant paperbark and eucalypt forest, showcasing diverse flora and fauna.

While being incredibly well connected to nature and peace and quiet, future St Clair residents will have an abundance of amenity on their doorstep.

Situated in the heart of the Sunshine Coast's Health Precinct, St Clair offers residents the convenience of being less than a five-minute drive from Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Stockland Birtinya Shopping Centre, dining, cafes, and entertainment options.

The Sunshine Coast University Hospital is the first teaching hospital to open in Australia in two decades. Several restaurants can be found around the large medical establishment.

Some of the closest and highest-rated restaurants in the vicinity are Wildflower Kitchen, 86 Bangkok Street Food, Sushi Omoide and Cutting Edge Burgers.

Heading north along Kawana Way leads residents to the new Stockland Birtinya, a 17,000 sqm shopping centre with Coles as a major anchor tenant, several mini-majors, specialist stores, and a food precinct with alfresco dining areas. Additional food and grocery options include ALDI, Boocock’s Quality Meats, Bakers Delight, Cellarbrations, Fresh Fruit Brothers, and Lake Kawana Jewellers.

The shopping centre also has more cuisine restaurants, such as On A Roll Sushi, Kebab Zone, and Malt Shovel Tap House for dining and takeaway.

While no schools exist in Birtinya, the nearest government primary and secondary school is Kawana Waters State College in the neighbouring Bokarina. The college is close to the Kawana Sports Precinct, where residents are only within a four-minute drive of the Sunshine Coast Stadium and Kawana Aquatic Centre.

Green Beginnings, a daycare centre, and Kawana Waters Farmers Market are within this vicinity, directly across the lake from St Clair.

Access to Nicklin Way, along with nearby bus stops and major highways, ensures residents stay well-connected to the rest of the Coast. Birtinya is just over an hour's drive from Brisbane CBD.

The first stage release of St Clair has already sold 50 per cent. Eligible homebuyers can take advantage of the First Home Owners Grant at St Clair,
