Ocean Rise: Where seaside lifestyle meets luxury in Kings Beach

Ocean Rise: Where seaside lifestyle meets luxury in Kings Beach

The vibrant coastal town of Caloundra in Queensland's Sunshine Coast is experiencing a surge in popularity thanks to the revitalisation of its CBD and the upcoming 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

And in good stead to take advantage of the transformation stands Ocean Rise, a boutique collection of just 14 residences that seamlessly blend seaside living with luxury.

Situated a mere four-minute walk from the shoreline of Kings Beach, Ocean Rise offers sweeping coastal views in every direction. From Bribie Island to Moreton Island and all the way up to Point Cartwright, the residences provide an unparalleled vantage point to soak in the beauty of the Australian coast.

Caloundra CBD's ongoing revitalisation project is set to reshape the southern end of the Sunshine Coast.

Ocean Rise will sit within a short drive or less than a 15-minute walk to Caloundra's main street, where residents will have easy access to a range of streetscaping and placemaking upgrades, in addition to plans to create a vibrant hub for arts, community, and creativity, ensuring that the cultural scene comes alive in the coastal town.

Beyond the beaches, Ocean Rise also offers proximity to natural wonders with the internationally-renowned Glass House Mountains a 30-minute drive away, while the hinterland towns of Maleny and Montville or even Brisbane aren't too far away. The Sunshine Coast International Airport is also just 30 minutes away.

What sets Ocean Rise apart is its unique positioning in relation to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. As South East Queensland gears up to host the world's largest sporting event, a public rail transport system is anticipated to directly link Caloundra. This will make it effortless for residents to travel north or south and be part of the Olympic action.

The architectural design of Ocean Rise harmonises with its coastal surroundings, boasting a facade that seamlessly blends neutral earthy tones with timber and stone features.

Residents will benefit from a grand entrance that leads to the secure underground carpark, while there's also an array of curated outdoor spaces, including a pool and seating areas.

In a region where large floor spaces coupled with ocean views are a rarity, Ocean Rise's 14 apartments boasts a spacious open living area with a high-specification entertainer's kitchen, complete with stone benchtops that feature waterfall edges.

Most of the apartments are blessed with large windows and expansive views, while the attention to detail extends to the layout of the balcony and lounge, maximising the outlooks and providing unobstructed views as far as the eye can see.

Ocean Rise has already seen swift interest, with the ground floor two-bedroom apartment already sold and only a limited collection of three-bedroom floorplans remaining.
