Sitting alongside Aniko’s sold out Athena Residences, Athena Quays comprises two eight-level towers with 177 apartments.

Launching to the market in 2022, sales for the Athena Quays towers have been strong, with both towers now sitting at 90 per cent sold.

One of the reasons driving buyers to Aniko’s waterfront development is the in-house amenities on offer.

Taking inspiration from the finest resorts across the globe, Athena Quays is home to a plentiful array of convenient and recreational amenity offerings.

Sales and Marketing Director, Peter Malady said the residents-only facilities are designed for those who insist on convenience, quality and luxury.

"From the secluded courtyard garden to a suite of private office facilities, Athena Quays in-house amenities are second to none,” Malady said.

When it comes to contemporary urban living, Aniko have recognised the importance of nourishing the mind, body and soul, incorporating a resident’s only recreation club into Athena Quays.

The towers will also feature a state-of-the-art private gym, along with two swimming pools, an outdoor heated spa, a sauna, a yoga and pilates hall, sun lounges, barbecue facilities, a pet wash bay, a children’s indoor play room, and a resident’s lounge.

A full-equipped entertainment suite features a 14-seat screening room, as well as a resident’s lounge, and thanks to an on-site manager, a number of the spaces can be conveniently booked through the in-house service 24/7.

Hope Island remains a highly sought-after suburb for local downsizers and increasingly for interstate buyers making the move to the Gold Coast.

Only a handful of large luxury, waterfront sky homes remain, priced from $1.25 million through to $1.995 million, all benefitting from multiple car parking spaces.

All sky homes feature three-bedrooms, in addition to butlers pantry’s, ensuites to bedrooms, Miele appliances, engineered timber floors, integrated fridge/freezers, wine fridges, and secure storage cages in the basement car park.
