Three towns in Queensland, Moura, Blackall and Ingham, have been ranked the slowest locations in Queensland.

All three locations' house listings are typically for sale for over 900 days, according to CoreLogic. 

It suggests postcode 4718's median house price sits at $200,000, and its median rent sits at $250 per week, both without any change over the past 12 months.

The rental yield sits at 6.5%.

Postcode 4472's median house price sits at $150,000, with 14.3% decline over the past year.

Its median rent sits at $150 per week, which has decreased 6.3% over the past year.

The rental yield sits at 5.2%.

Postcode 4850's median house price sits at $182, 500, which has dropped 16.1% over the past year.

Its median rent sits at $215 per week, with 4.5% decrease over the past year.

The rental yield sits at 6.1%.

An Ingham three bedroom house has been recently sold for $171,500 after spending 840 days on the market.

Last traded for $105,000 in 2003, the home initially sought $250,000, before the price steadily dropped to $219,000.

On a 710 square metre block, the yard is fully fenced with double gate access.
