A block of four units at Mount Isa has been sold for $205,000.

The investment opportunity was four one bedroom units within the Pioneer precinct. 

It last sold in 1990 at $125,000.

The official site value was $47,500 as at June 30.

Each unit offered built in cupboard, modern bathroom, open plan living and functional kitchen plus an eternal laundry. 

There was an undercover carport at the front of the property. 

The 852 sqm site at 27 Kaeser Road was securely fenced.

The units were sold by John Tully at City and Country Realty Mount Isa after being on the market for 71 days, according to CoreLogic.
