Brisbane's Nundah Village is set to undergo a vibrant transformation with the launch of multi-award-winning property developer Gardner Vaughan Group's (GVG) mixed-use residential and commercial development, DANBY LN.

Located at the corners of Danby Lane, Buckland Road, and Sandgate Road, DANBY LN marks GVG’s 20th residential endeavour in South East Queensland.

DANBY LN will feature a 12-level tower comprising 84 pet-friendly apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The apartments are priced between $599,000 and $3,199,000.

The development will integrate premium residential units with ground-floor retail spaces, first-floor commercial areas, and recreational facilities spread across several levels.

The ground floor will house three retail tenancies, bike storage, and parcel lockers, while the first floor will feature a resident pool and gym, alongside commercial spaces.

Crowning DANBY LN will be a rooftop complete with BBQ facilities, a herb and vegetable garden, and outdoor dining areas.

Bicycle storage will be available in the basement, and user-paid EV charging stations will be operational upon project completion.

DANBY LN has been designed with sustainability in mind and will be solar-compatible.  The development has achieved EnviroDevelopment status across all six elements: ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water, and community.

Gardner Vaughan, an integrated builder-developer, is forecasting the completion of DANBY LN in mid-2026.

The family-run developer has an extensive portfolio of apartment developments across South East Queensland. They are approaching completion of their Chermside multi-stage development Estillo on the Park, while they have several projects on the Sunshine Coast.
