Launch Alert: Gardner Vaughan Group launch DANBY LN as part of Nundah Village transformation
Brisbane's Nundah Village is set to undergo a vibrant transformation with the launch of multi-award-winning property developer Gardner Vaughan Group's (GVG) mixed-use residential and commercial development, DANBY LN.
Located at the corners of Danby Lane, Buckland Road, and Sandgate Road, DANBY LN marks GVG’s 20th residential endeavour in South East Queensland.

Gardner Vaughan, an integrated builder-developer, is forecasting the completion of DANBY LN in mid-2026.
