Kokoda unveil Ruby Ruby apartments in Brisbane's Milton
Kokoda Property has unveiled Ruby Ruby, their third Brisbane apartment development and second in the heart of Milton.
Ruby Ruby, 144 Cottee Parker-designed apartments across a 21-level tower at 12 Crombie Street, follows the successful The Ambrose, just 400 metres away in Milton, and Kokoda's first Brisbane foray, Chester & Ella in nearby Newstead.
Ruby Ruby has two and three-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 65 sqm to 155 sqm and priced between $654,000 to $2,495,000.
The Ruby Ruby Penthouse Collection, which has interiors by Carr Design, has just eight penthouses comprising six sub penthouses and two master penthouses ranging from 188 sqm to 392 sqm and starting from $3.75 million.
Now a staple of Kokoda's, Ruby Ruby residents will have access to a full suite of recreational facilities. Amenities include a large rooftop infinity pool with a landscaped BBQ space and deck, floating daybeds and cabanas, fire pit, and a private dining and bar area.
There's also a state-of-the-art private cinema lounge, billiards room, versatile meeting rooms, dog wash as well as a health and wellness space with sauna, spa, plunge pool, yoga studio and a fully equipped gym.
Kokoda Property Founder and Managing Director Mark Stevens said the team has carefully considered the inclusion of extra, premium amenities.
“Ruby Ruby is packed with an incredible range of extensive amenities that offer buyers an elevated luxury apartment living experience in Brisbane,” Stevens said.
Stevens said Brisbane is rapidly transforming into a new world city.
"Its culture, business centre, technology, and lifestyle is evolving with over $40 billion of infrastructure investment planned, so naturally there is a shift occurring with demand now skewed towards sophistication and luxury residential design.
“Milton is a beautiful, yet sometimes overlooked gem within Brisbane. It is a haven for discerning individuals who are after a refined inner-city lifestyle close to the hustle and bustle of the CBD as well as the banks of the Brisbane River.
“Ruby Ruby will not only elevate the area, but add to the already diverse and cultured precinct."
Cottee Parker has drawn inspiration from Milton’s rich history, in particular its once thriving cotton production industry. The architectural design captures the essence of this historical connection by utilising elements reminiscent of woven textures, lightweight and flowing forms, and the use of natural materials. The tower’s perforated mesh screen façade speaks to delicate ‘voile’ fabrics and further embodies Milton’s past.
Cottee Parker Principal (Interiors), Dee Passenger, said that the internal material palette echoes a similar design language that takes inspiration from Milton’s history.
“Internally, we’ve blended organic feature joinery, flowing curves, textural transparent features and weaving forms to create a captivating, luxury living experience,” Passenger said.
