Keylin and Kinstone reveal final stage of Serenity 4212, Helensvale precinct
Joint Venture partners Keylin and Kinstone Group have revealed a collection of absolute waterfront villas at Lakeside, the fourth and final precinct at their 62-hectare Serenity 4212 masterplan near Hope Island.
Construction is underway on the 16 north-facing villas. They each feature four bedrooms, with some also having a pontoon and their own pool.
Adjoining the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area, Lakeside’s vibrant precinct plan is being finalised for the sales launch and is likely to include a mix of low to medium-rise apartments with sculptural architectural design, resident recreational amenities, open spaces, and commercial and retail amenities.

Keylin Managing Director Louis Cheung said Lakeside was a rare waterfront offering in the area with access to exclusive resort-style amenities when the precinct is complete.
“When the joint venture acquired Serenity 4212 in 2019, we knew the waterfront real estate and gentle density of the Lakeside precinct was unlikely to ever be replicated at the northern Gold Coast, in part due to some of the development’s original planning approvals dating back 20 years,” Cheung said.
“Lakeside’s north-facing villas are in a class of their own and designed to capture breathtaking views of the private Lake Serenity.
“Designed by MAS Architecture Studio, the villas offer spacious living zones to seamlessly blend the inside and outside, complete with high-end finishes, double-storey voids and entertainer kitchens, complimenting the unique natural surrounds of Lake Serenity and Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area."
Cheung said builder Resort Homes was a strong building partner to bring the Lakeside villas to life and kick-start the final piece of the Serenity 4212 master plan.
“Resort Homes has collaborated with us to finalise the design and building program for this architectural villa collection, which appeals to those looking for an off-the-plan opportunity with delivery certainty in a rare northern Gold Coast waterfront position,” Cheung said.
Located near the Hope Island Marketplace and Links Golf Course, Lakeside is minutes from hospitals, childcare and leading schools, including A.B. Paterson College.
Cheung said the location of Serenity 4212 was unmatched, as a peaceful and relaxing yet well-connected precinct.
“This high-growth northern Gold Coast corridor has really flourished over the past two decades and what we are delivering reflects the modern lifestyle aspirations and amenities that homeowners value,” he said.
“Residents at Serenity 4212 will soon benefit from the Coomera Connector Stage 1 and Hope Island train station, both under construction and set to significantly enhance the area’s connectivity.”
The villas are due for completion by late 2025, and the collection follows the sold-out land release at Serenity Waters, completion of the award-winning Serenity Green townhomes, and completion of Serenity Reserve’s first townhomes and amenities, with the final townhomes under construction.
