Karam Boutique Residential has lodged plans with the Sunshine Coast Council for a seven-storey residential apartment building.

Landing on the corner of Canberra Terrace and Arthur Street, the site spans 3,284 sqm, with the proposed built form fanning out from the podium level.

TMarshall are behind the design of the apartments, which comprise 24 three-bedroom apartments, along with two four-bedroom penthouses.

Four apartments will sit across each level, bar the top floor, with living, dining and kitchen space following an open-plan layout.

Each apartment extends on to an open balcony with the outer apartments benefitting from an additional balcony overlooking the resident’s pool, which is located behind the building.

The seventh floor will home the two penthouses, each spanning 372 sqm internally, with three balconies as well as a planter box space, which cover 99 sqm collectively.

The four-bedroom penthouses mirror one another with the floorplan, each including three-bathrooms and two car spaces.

Centrally located in Caloundra, the southern gateway to the Sunshine Coast and only an hour north of Brisbane, residents’ will be perfectly positioned in one of Queensland’s premier lifestyle destinations.

This idyllic seaside suburb is renowned for having over 30 kilometres of pristine beaches with a plethora of foreshores and an array of parklands and coastal pathways.

Residents will benefit from direct access to Pumicestone Passage, a mecca for all types of water sports as well as being just a short drive from the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland and the Glass House Mountains.

Perfectly positioned close to all amenities being just minutes from public transport, 3 minutes from Caloundra Shopping Centre and the major supermarkets and retail stores, 12 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Hospital precinct, 25 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport and an hours drive from Brisbane and its Domestic and International Airport.
