Luxury penthouse offerings have become a must within Gold Coast apartment developments, and the latest project by Pacific View is stepping up to the plate with Navini.

Situated within the sought-after suburb of Bilinga, Navini takes advantage of its beachfront position, nestled between Currumbin and Coolangatta, and the village-like atmosphere of Tugun

Spanning two levels, Navini delivers two penthouses, the North and South Penthouse, which sit atop a further 13 apartments.

Delivering an expansive 445 sqm of living space, access to the residences is via a direct lift, with the crowning jewels of the project designed to embrace the indulgent sense of lifestyle penthouse living is supposed to offer.

Designed by Boker Architecture and the award-winning studio Boris Design, the penthouses feature four-bedrooms, in addition to four-bathrooms and two car spaces, with residents set to benefit from further amenity in the form of an exclusive rooftop master suite and private plunge pool.

The expansive living spaces are made up of a refined palette inspired by the neighbouring coastline, with custom joinery, timber flooring, stone benchtops and premium Miele appliance fitting out the residences.

Construction is due to kick off shortly on the project, with Groupline Construction set to bring over 60 years of experience to the build.

Completion of Navini is slated for the second half of 2024.
