Local property developers BluePoint Property have once again made their mark on the coveted Palm Beach real estate landscape with their latest residential venture – Seventh Terraces.

The project emerges as the third addition to the group's Palm Beach portfolio, following the 34-apartment East Palm Beach and the 63-apartment Sea Palm Beach.

Seventh Terraces stands as a distinctive boutique project, comprising seven three-level beach homes that face the east, maximising ocean views from private rooftops.

A refined coastal aesthetic defines the homes, featuring upscale finishes that merge beachside living with luxury. Two-car garages, spacious storage areas, and private ground floor courtyards contribute to the allure of the beach houses.

Designed by BDA Architecture, the development's main objective was to diversify housing options within the precinct. The seven townhouses are interwoven amongst apartments and detached residences, fostering a sense of community while retaining individuality. The adaptability shines through in the design's integration of private home-based offices, all while maintaining the privacy of separate entrances and courtyards for neighbouring dwellings.

The interiors of the beach houses exude coastal elegance, characterised by generous open-plan living and dining spaces that seamlessly transition to east-facing balconies. Expansive full-height glazing saturates the interiors with natural light, enhancing the connection to the picturesque surroundings, while a palette of light and stone, engineered timber, oak feature joinery, and brushed nickel accents contributes to an overall sophisticated ambiance that resonates with the iconic beachside setting.

The pièce de résistance of Seventh Terraces is the rooftop terraces. Positioned to capture the easterly panorama, the terraces forge a link with the Pacific Ocean, presenting a serene and awe-inspiring backdrop for residents.

Location-wise, Seventh Terraces enjoys an enviable position approximately 200 metres from the beach in the heart of Palm Beach. Nestled amongst a plethora of Gold Coast's premier dining establishments and cafes, the development is further enhanced by its proximity to the world-renowned Tallebudgera Creek to the north and Currumbin Creek to the south, both acclaimed as top-tier swimming destinations within Australia.

The development's central location aligns with Palm Beach's vibrant spirit, with the recently revamped Pavilions Shopping Centre and an array of boutique shops, medical facilities, and wellness centres all conveniently accessible to residents.
