Hutchies to build Sarazin's Murcia Residences in Woolloongabba
National property developer Sarazin has appointed Hutchinson Builders as the construction partner for its new Woolloongabba apartment development, Murcia Residences.
The project, inspired by the Spanish city of Murcia, is designed by HAL Architects and aims to offer a relaxed, Mediterranean ambience with extensive outdoor amenities.
Murcia Residences comprises 186 one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments with open-plan living spaces that integrate indoor and outdoor areas.
Residents will enjoy views of the city, river, and eastern suburbs from deep balconies designed for alfresco living.
Crowning the development will be an infinity pool, accompanied by private poolside cabanas and sun lounges.
Just steps away from the pool will lie the unique wellness centre, where residents can benefit from cold and warm magnesium plunge pools, a sauna, steam room and outdoor showers, as well as alfresco private dining and barbecue facilities.

Residential amenities will also be featured across the ground level, with new cafes offering a convenient pit stop for residents. The second level of Murcia will feature a fully equipped gym, while there'll also be a dedicated bike repair workshop.
Aside from the luxurious features within Murcia, residents will benefit from their positioning within East Brisbane.
A mere 500-metre walk away from Murcia lies the new Cross River Rail Station, slated for completion in early 2025, with the convenient transportation hub set to connect residents to the rest of the city.
The Overend Street project and its residents will benefit from the substantial investment in the Olympic precinct. Both government and private investors are injecting billions of dollars to establish a thriving 24/7 precinct that will endure long after the conclusion of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Murcia Residences is slated for completion in late 2026.
