The coastal suburb of Bokarina on the Sunshine Coast has experienced a renaissance of late, with a number of developers buying up site’s across the pristine stretch of coast line.

Gardner Vaughan Group’s beachside project, Zinc is the latest to tap into the potential of the suburb, which greatly benefits from its relatively new status, boasting a broad range of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Just across from Wurtulla Beach, Zinc delivers a coastal living experience with expansive one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, along with eight exclusive luxury Beach Houses.

Future residents will be just steps from the neighbouring Bokarina Beach, while also being within proximity to a number of other popular beaches, including Dicky Beach and Currimundi Beach.

The Sunshine Coast region is known for its natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities, with Zinc located nearby to a number of parks and nature reserves, such as the Glass House Mountains National Park, where residents can hike, bike or camp across the grounds. The nearby Pumicestone Passage is also a popular spot among locals for fishing and boating.

Several well-rated schools also find a home in Bokarina, with Bokarina State School, Sunshine Coast Grammar and Unity College all within proximity.

Bokarina is serviced by several bus routes that connect it to other parts of the Sunshine Coast region, such as Caloundra, Maroochydore, and Noosa, with a stop located under five-minutes from the steps of Zinc at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

There is also a train service that runs between Bokarina and other parts of the Sunshine Coast, as well as to the Brisbane CBD. The nearest train station is located in Kawana, which is around a 10-minute drive from Zinc.

Two, three and four-bedroom apartments can still be purchased in Zinc, along with a handful of three-bed beach houses.
