Following recent development approval, Plus Architecture will continue its domination of the Gold Coast’s prime property locations with Esplanade on Palm Beach.

Possessing a beachfront location in north Palm Beach, Plus Architecture’s latest project, in collaboration with Pask, is a boutique collection of 16 residences on the sand of the Esplanade.

Plus Architecture Director Danny Juric spoke on the design aesthetic of Esplanade, which utilises natural materials to complement the unrivalled beach views, rather than detract from them.

“Located on a secluded avenue along the beach, the soft repetitive rhythm of the eastern façade captures the essence of the ocean, accentuating the primary axis of the site and encompassing coastal living at its most sophisticated,” Juric said.

“Here, masterful architecture together with elegant interiors deliver a considered luxury residential offering of pristine beaches, tranquil parklands and a bursting cosmopolitan lifestyle scene, something many could only dream of. It is modern living at its most inspired,” he said.

Esplanade’s interiors are an expression of coastal sophistication, underpinned by a warm palette of finishes set against an iconic ocean backdrop. Framed by panoramic views of the ocean and headland, the open-plan living area is a celebration of coastal luxury and timeless style, with residences opening to expansive terraces, connecting the indoor and the outdoor.

With spacious apartments starting from 220 sqm up to 446 sqm, Esplanade will provide occupants with shared recreational areas to enjoy such as a gym, pool and barbeque and dining areas. Featuring an elusive collection of communal amenities, ground-floor recreation spaces combine with dining facilities and generous storage – cultivating a resort-style living experience and a strong sense of community.

Esplanade will be the next project to follow in the footsteps of other Plus-designed sell out developments in prime Gold Coast locations such as Luna Burleigh, One Cannes at Surfers Paradise and Del Ray at Kirra Beach.

Construction is underway with expected completion in early 2023.
