Award-winning developer and builder Holm Developments is bringing a small-scale luxury townhouse development in Ascot, considered by many as one of Brisbane's most premier suburbs on the river.

Ascot is distinguished by its collection of heritage-listed sites, characterised by the grandeur of large Queenslander homes that dot the landscape.

Holm's townhouse development, Ascot Row, stands out in a suburb where townhouses account for only nine per cent of dwellings.

Aside from the scarcity of brand new property, Ascot Row has been designed so it still caters to the demographic who wants to live in a house, but offers a price point significantly lower than the median price of houses in the affluent area.

Within walking distance from Ascot Row is the vibrant Racecourse Road Village and the popular Portside Wharf shopping mall, creating a lively and convenient neighbourhood for residents.

The Racecourse Road Village is just a ten-minute walk west of Ascot Row, where residents can find a variety of cafes and restaurants, such as highly-rated dining options such as Le Bon Choix cafe, Cafe 63, American restaurant 5 Boroughs, and hamburger restaurant Grill'd, and shops and essential services, like Coles supermarket and Ascot Medical Centre.

Towards the south, the upscale residential and retail precinct Portside Wharf is reachable within a nine-minute stroll across Kingsford Smith Dr, boasting a range of dining options, shops, a large fish shop, a supermarket, and a Dendy cinema complex.

Adjacent to Portside Wharf is Hercules Street Park, providing residents with recreational opportunities such as state-of-the-art playgrounds, aquativity areas, multi-court play areas, open green spaces, BBQ facilities, and an off-leash dog park.

Adding to Ascot Row's appeal as a family-friendly address are the several schools nearby, including Hamilton State School less than 400 metres away, Ascot State School, St Rita's College in Clayfield and St Margaret's Anglican Girls School in Ascot within a five-minute drive.

The Plus Architecture-designed Ascot Row comprises 14 three-bedroom townhomes designed as a modern architectural interpretation of the iconic Queenslander style.

Ascot Row is well under construction and is slated for completion soon under Holm's construction arm, Holm Built.
