Gladstone's housing market has seen positive growth for the first time in five quarters.
Not much though with its median house values up 0.8%, according to figures released by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
This time last year there were 1000 vacant homes at the mining town with the figure now sitting around 600 available rentals.
