Gardner Vaughan Group Zinc has made sure it caters for families at it's Sunshine Coast development Zinc, with a number of three and four-bedroom apartment and townhouse options at the Bokarina project.

Adding to the family appeal is the resident's heated swimming pool on the podium level of the project. That includes a kids shallow area.

The Brisbane-based developer has commenced construction at the beachfront project, which has 92 apartments and townhouses on offer. They're targeted a completion date of early 2024.

GVG wanted to create homes that feel like traditional houses, ensuring that residents have plenty of space to relax, entertain, and truly make their own.

There's further amenity past the swimming pool. Zinc also features recreational areas, including multiple barbecue areas and herb and vegetable gardens. There's a fully-equipped gym, as well as a function room complete with a kitchenette.

Inside the apartments, no detail has been overlooked. Each residence is appointed with luxury inclusions and finishes, coupled with high ceilings, zoned and ducted air conditioning, and commercial acoustic glazing throughout.

Each apartment comes with residential parking and storage space, while Zinc will also offer ample visitor parking and charging stations for electric cars.

Outdoor enthusiasts will be pleased to find outdoor showers and a surfboard washroom, as well as a wall-mounted bike rack for each car park, in addition to car wash and vacuum bay.

Location-wise, Zinc offers the best of both worlds.

Situated just 20 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport, it is easily accessible for both domestic and international travellers, while Brisbane Airport is also within reach, just 64 minutes away.

The Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Private Hospital are just a short 5-minute drive away, while families will appreciate the proximity to Kawana State School, ensuring a quick and easy commute for the kids.
