The allure of Queensland's Sunshine Coast has for a long time attracted buyers both locally and interstate. The sought-after location is renowned for its pristine beaches, far-reaching views, and a burgeoning seaside culture that's second to none.

Brisbane developer Gardner Vaughan Group has sought to tap into the owner-occupier, downsizer market with the first tower in the final stage of its Bokarina Beach apartment development, Bask. They've just released a collection of three and four-bedroom apartments, a product which is incredibly scarce in the Sunshine Coast market.

The newly released apartments each have at least two bathrooms and two car spaces. They start from 120 sqm and range in size to the largest four-bed on offer which spans a generous 361 sqm.

Bask, a certified UDIA EnviroDevelopment which means it has been independently verified as achieving an outstanding performance across a range of sustainability features, comprises 135 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, just 100 metres from the dog-friendly Bokarina Beach.

The all-inclusive development group has designed the apartments to be the jewel within Stockland's acclaimed Bokarina masterplanned community, boasting a central location which seamlessly connects residents to the seaside culture.

The development features nine retail spaces, which includes a cafe and boutique shops, offering a world of leisure and convenience on the doorstep of the homes.

Bask is a place where lifestyle and function collide, with convenient amenities like a DIY dog wash and car wash, as well as communal relaxation spaces with pergolas, day beds, barbecue facilities, entertaining zones, a function room,  heated pool, gym, and herb and vegetable gardens.
