A four bedroom two bathroom Roma, Queensland house has sold under the mortgagee hammer for $221,000.

Katie Coomber of LJ Hooker held the listing.

Situated at 72 Taylor Street, the house that previously resided on the property traded for $150,000 in 2012.

The current 2013 built house sits on a fully fenced 808 square metre block.

It was listed as a rental for $600 per week in 2013.

However in 2015 the property was relisted as a rental for less, $440 per week in March 2015 and $340 per week in December 2015.

The median price for a home in Roma is $220,000 according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as -1.6%.
