Dibcorp has launched the final release of apartments in their Newstead project, Bide, as construction continues apace.

Nestled in the heart of the suburb, the collection comprises just 12 remaining apartments, which feature two-bedroom residences and three-bedroom sky homes.

The remaining three-bed sky homes span from 121 sqm through to 193 sqm, with two-bathrooms and two car spaces.

WSA and Twohill & James designed Bide with the belief that the spaces we inhabit are vital to a balanced life, from the landscaping to finishes.

Bide represents a new way of inner-city living, complete with a range of special inclusions and an urban green space exclusive for residents to relax, unwind, and even work from home.

Residents of Bide will have access to a variety of amenities, with 600 sqm of facilities spread across two levels. These amenities include BBQ facilities, private cabanas, landscaped areas, and seating throughout.

The Newstead address grants city views, while framed floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to spill into every aspect of the homes.

Perhaps the best aspect of Bide is its central location. Residents will be able to enjoy the convenience of having Gasworks Plaza, James Street, and Newstead River Walk all within a stroll.

Construction is expected to wrap up later this year, with LPS Group handling the build.
