Boutique developer Lantona's latest project, Echo on the Bay, holds one of the best positions in Redcliffe's Woody Point.

The project of just 10 luxury apartments at 1 Lilla Street is right on the cliffside of Picnic Point, allowing for extensive panoramic, and uninterrupted, views across the ocean.

Currently under construction by Brisbane Builders, Echo on the Bay will comprise 10 three-bedroom apartments, starting from 246 sqm and ranging in size to 372 sqm.

Six of the 10 apartments on offer cover a whole floor.

Embracing its surroundings, Echo on the Bay treats its residents to water views and an abundance of natural light through full-height glazing. The floorplans take advantage of the coastal location, offering formal foyer entries and expansive wraparound balconies, further enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The homes also boast a wealth of sophisticated features and finishes, including limestone island benchtops, top-of-the-line Smeg appliances, and freestanding bath tubs.

Beyond the comfort of the residences, Echo on the Bay's location provides an array of activities for residents to enjoy.

Nature enthusiasts can relish in the beauty of the ocean and explore the Gayundah Coastal Arboretum while enjoying a relaxing picnic by the sea. For those seeking more active pursuits, strolls along the bay, ocean swims, or stand-up paddle boarding await.

There's also a host of nearby restaurants and markets on offer, while the historic Belvedere Hotel is also within proximity.

The final three-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-car apartments are priced from $2,395,000.
