Mirvac have recently released their latest tower in their billion dollar Newstead development.

The latest tower, known as Quay Waterfront Newstead, located alongside the Brisbane River, joins previously completed stages Pier, Park and Unison as part of the grander Waterfront Newstead community.

Set in 5.5 ha of parklands, the biophilic tower weaves garden-green freshness up and around its apartments. Natural materials and organic forms define the interior spaces, bringing the textures of the outdoors in through feature stonework, unique metal patinas and timber-like grains.

The 25 storey tower will deliver 143 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments that have been designed by Mirvac’s in house design team to cater specifically to owner-occupiers.

Residents will be able to take advantage of Quay's Brisbane River views and the city’s sub-tropical climate, along with exclusive resident lifestyle amenities. There will be a ground-level tropical oasis with pools of water, shaded enclaves and grassed areas that connect to - and expand - Waterfront Park.

Located at 57 Skyring Terrace, Quay Waterfront Newstead will contain a suite of amenities including a ground-level wellness centre with a gym and yoga studio, a resident’s lounge and a private dining room on level 19.

The building community also benefits from a private residents’ lounge, wine room and dining area which can be reserved for entertaining and special events.

Quay Waterfront Newstead is located just two kilometres from the CBD. Surrounded by Fortitude Valley, Teneriffe and the river, life here offers the best of urban living balanced with the tranquillity of the waterfront.

Over 600 metres of walking and cycle paths have been constructed throughout Waterfront Newstead linking through to Newstead House, Newstead Terrace and Skyring Terrace when completed.

Plus major refurbishment of Newstead wharf has been completed, including facilities like the installation of a BBQ, playground and parkland seating.

Just a short distance away is the Bowen Hills Station providing convenient public transport access to the city.
