Queensland developer Cube is approaching completion of its luxury Cotton Tree residential project Nature, where just one exclusive residence remains for sale.

Cube spokesperson Daniel Ryan said the last remaining opportunity with its expansive Ocean and River views had attracted strong local and national interest.

“Buyers have realised that uncompromised living such as this, high above the Maroochy River with spectacular views and resort-style amenity seldom presents itself,’’ Ryan said.

“As such, 12 of the 13 luxury residences have already been snapped up with the building now well under construction, for a combined value in excess of $45 million."

The remaining penthouse has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a powder room, and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area which spills out onto a balcony with the best views in the building. Never-to-be-built out, views encompass Mount Coolum and Old Woman Island.

Downsizers and astute luxury buyers were driving demand for Nature with the majority of interest coming from Sydney, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Nature occupies one of the best sites on the highly sought-after Cotton Tree Esplanade.

Just 500 metres from the heart of Cotton Tree's town centre, future residents will enjoy world-class views and amenity.

Nature offers residents a range of opulent features including a lap pool, private dining, gym, sauna, steam room and yoga lawn surrounded by an abundance of greenery.

Architecture firm Cottee Parker worked closely alongside Cube's Design Manager Sarah Busch to design Nature by Cube.

Cube's brief to Cottee Parker was to create the best the Sunshine Coast has ever seen.

Nature is expected to be completed by September 2024.
