Gold Coast-based developer Monaco Property Group (MPG) has broken ground at the multi award-winning Isle of Palm Beach project, Palm Beach, with demolition now complete and civil works set to commence this week.

Being built by Greyburn Building Contractors, Capri represents the largest residential project in the suburb in more than three decades occupying a prime 1.2-hectare site set to house 48 architecturally designed luxury villas.

Greyburn Director John Kearney says Palm Beach has been impeccably and thoroughly designed to the highest level of detail to ensure the high-end luxury project is delivered in line with buyer expectations.

MPG has spared no expense on the design and construction of Palm Beach with meticulous attention to detail applied to every facet of the project in order to create a residential project that exudes quality and is built to stand the test of time,” Kearney says.

“The project combines the very best of high-end domestic construction within a solid concrete structure and suspended slabs utilised throughout the design which is not only testament to the expected longevity of the buildings, but the attitudes and culture behind its creation.

“As a Gold Coast-based company, Palm Beach represents a very special project for our team and for our longstanding contractors and suppliers who also see it as a privilege to be involved in the construction of this landmark building.”

Designed by global practice Plus Architecture and Gold Coast award-winning firm BDA Architecture, Palm Beach offers two and three-level villas ranging in size from 241 sqm to 370 sqm with three and four-bedroom options available along with multi-purpose rooms, and secure double garages.

Palm Beach offers an exclusive gated community surrounded by world-class resort-style resident-only amenities including a pool with submerged lounge chairs, sundeck, an outdoor dining terrace, a covered barbeque area and a residents lounge complete with kitchen, bar, TV, lounge and fireplace.

With more than 60 percent of the project already sold, NPA Director Andrew Erwin says now construction has commenced at Palm Beach the project will move full steam ahead.

Palm Beach has officially moved to the next phase meaning it’s on track to be welcoming residents in 2025,” Erwin says.

“With construction moving forward so quickly it has instilled a high level of confidence in our existing and prospective buyers and we expect the sales momentum to continue with buyers confident their new home will be ready to move into come 2025.”

Remaining villas are selling from $2.19million

A Palm Beach Open Day will be held this Saturday, February 3 from 10am-2pm with free coffee, gelato, and informative sessions on interior design and Gaggenau kitchen appliances. There will also be the opportunity to meet the developer and the builder with the chance to ask questions about the project.
