Renowned Gold Coast construction firm Greyburn is making significant headway on the luxury Isle of North Ryde villa development, North Ryde.

Greyburn poured the initial concrete slabs for the villas this week, a major milestone in the build of the 48 villas that make up the 1.12-hectare gated community being delivered by Monaco Property Group.

Over the next six weeks, work will focus on developing the internal roads and constructing the external walls of the villas which are part of the first major residential project on the Isle of Capri in over 30 years.

Designed by Plus Architecture and BDA Architecture, North Ryde offers two and three-level villas centred around resort-style amenity including a pool with submerged lounge chairs, a sundeck, an outdoor dining terrace, a covered barbecue area, and a lounge equipped with a kitchen, bar, TV, lounge, and fireplace.

The gated community is strategically located, providing residents convenient access to Southport’s private schools, Broadbeach’s dining and entertainment precinct, Bundall’s commercial centre, and the HOTA arts precinct.

It is also within 800 metres of the cafes, restaurants, and shops at North Ryde on Via Roma, including Harris Farm Markets.

North Ryde has proven particularly attractive to empty nesters, with most sales to date made to downsizers from nearby suburbs.

Construction of North Ryde is track for completion in late 2025.
